Reiki treatments are for anyone to enjoy. They bring calm, relaxation and stress relief — easily!
Reiki is a Japanese word – it’s pronounced ‘rey-key’. It is a natural healing energy that dates back to 1860 when it was rediscovered by a Japanese professor, Dr Mikao Usui.
Reiki brings is a natural method of healing that brings you a deeper sense of connection and empowerment, helping you to feel more balanced and centered. This wonderful, natural healing is also easy to learn so you can enjoy self-healing for life.
Reiki Sessions & Reiki Training
I offer Reiki in two ways; Reiki Sessions can be booked as a stand-alone offering, in much the same way you would book a massage; as a single 1.5 hour session, or as a package of 6 0r 12.
My Reiki Training is for those who want to gain a more in-depth understanding of Reiki and wish to develop their practice and begin working with others (Reiki II level). Reiki I is for your healing and to share with family and friends. It includes lifetime access to video and audio education, workbooks, and 1-1 time with me. All Reiki Sessions and trainings are in person and take place in Aberdeenshire, Scotland.

What to expect from Reiki training:

No previous knowledge or experience is needed, simply the desire to use Reiki for your own healing and for the well-being of others.
My approach when introducing students to Reiki is to integrate the traditional Reiki Training with a Trauma Informed approach and to allow the natural growth and healing that is unique to each of us.
By bringing the Nervous System into greater regulation, allowing for safety to be held in your body, you can begin to heal, recover and emerge into a deeper knowledge of your needs and desire. From this place you can meet your needs with stronger boundaries, express your true desires and form healthier relating at all levels.
Your natural blueprint for overall health and wellbeing can be honoured as you truly become more of who you are. From this place, you can weave in Reiki, your life force energy, and navigate the intimacy of your inner world to meet your external world. This is a place of wholeness, moving to your own authority and identity, letting go of old stories and wounds that no longer serve.
