Nervous System Regulation for Increased Pleasure

Who would like more pleasure? All of us of course! No one could ever have enough pleasure in their life, it’s a constant source of health and wellness.

It can also be problematic and a challenge for so many of us.

When you understand how your Nervous System works, and how to regulate it, you can easily access more pleasure in all areas of your life.

The definition of pleasure is thought to be a mixture of contentment, joy, and relaxation.

Give that a moment, all those lovely ingredients mixed …ahh... let's get some of that!

I am using sexual arousal for this piece; however, you will find that general pleasure will also come back online as you will be more receptive to receiving, and in harmony with the flow of give and take.

First of all, you need to know if there is dysregulation, very common. Check out this wee checklist and see if these fits.

Do you experience….

  • Lack, scarcity, and painful longing (our blueprint for arousal)

  • Obsession with sex as relief from pain and suffering

  • Addiction to sex and hits of external validation

  • The need for friction and drama to turn you on

  • Boredom in the bedroom once the high of new relationship energy wears off

When, however, you clear all old imprints our nervous system is back online and based on security and safety, we find instead that our lives become filled with:

  • Gentle and consistent pulsing arousal

  • The ability to be turned on when you are feeling the most safe and relaxed

  • A body that is naturally open and alive

  • Our heart feeling wide and full of love and passion

  • A mind that drops into increasing states of contentment and trust

  • Increased security creating space for your soul purpose to be energized

  • A love life that gets deeper and deeper over time

  • True sexual abundance

I've created a guided practice for you to follow here. This will support you to come back into alignment with your parasympathetic nervous system for greater freedom and liberation.

Have Courage!
